By making a booking and staying at Tsukamori, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via our third-party booking engine. Payment terms, deposits and cancellation policies are governed by the platform through which the booking is made. Guests are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct.

Occupancy: The property may not be occupied by more than the maximum number of guests stated at the time of booking. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is granted.

Use of the Property: The property is provided for short-term holiday accommodation only. It may not be used for parties, events, commercial activities or any unlawful purpose. Guests must respect the residential nature of the neighbourhood and comply with all house rules.

Care of the Property: Guests agree to take reasonable care of the house, furnishings and outdoor areas. Any damage, breakages or loss must be reported as soon as possible. The cost of repair or replacement may be charged where damage is caused beyond normal wear and tear.

Fire & Safety: Use of fireplaces and outdoor fire facilities is at the guest’s own risk and must be done responsibly. Fires may not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before sleeping or leaving the property. Guests acknowledge that the house is located in a forested area and agree to act with heightened fire awareness.

Liability: Guests stay at the property entirely at their own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their party.

Pets & Children: Pets are not permitted. The property is not baby- or child-proof, and guests with children accept full responsibility for supervision at all times.

Termination of Stay: Failure to comply with these terms or the house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
